Fix for Microsoft Exchange "peculiarity"

Attached is a copy of parse.c which has two improvements I've made to cope with messages from Microsoft Exchange (which, as you know, puts "RE:" instead of "Re:" in front of subject lines, and which puts "FW:" in front of forwarded messages, and then *replaces* it in follow-ups with "RE:").

Wrt unsolved problems, we run our mail archive on a Sun, and obviously we'd like a way (if one exists) to cope with Word, PowerPoint, etc. attachments after Sun's mail system gets done mangling them. What I do whenever I receive one of those things on the list is to save the file in the hypermail directory and then clean out all the junk in the file and replace it with a link. I'd like not to have to do that.
