[hypermail] Style sheets

Is it possible that something change with regard to stylesheets in latest CVS?

$ fgrep css hypermailrc

icss_url = /StyleSheets/public-messagelist.css mcss_url = /StyleSheets/public-message.css

$ fgrep css archive.new/2004-01/6911.html
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/StyleSheets/public-messagelist.css" type="text/css" />

That's using the index style sheet in the message.
