  Ok, this was an OS relative problem. And so I excuse for disturbing.   My OS is similar to linux because it's a GNU/Linux Debian :)   For information and interested people, this is in the /usr/share/i18n, the conf file is /etc/locale.gen and the command locale.gen.

  So, I'v finished with my last WARNING and my setup is perfect now.   Thanks to everyone who helped ( particularly Peter C. McCluskey) and to hypermail, which is definitly a fantastic software.
