[hypermail] Automatic indexpages (haof extension)

My less known hypermail extension to
produce XML archive overview files and python script to collect them can still be found at:

http://cvs.hypermail.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/hypermail/contrib/hoaf-28/

(It can be seen in action on: http://www.ffii.org/archive/mails/swpat/ )

However I fixed a small bug, when From: lines contain XML characters. A new patch file for hypermail is attached.
